Q: What are your minimums?
A: Our minimums start at 10,000 tags and will
generally cost $1000 depending upon the size and complexity of
the hangtag.
Q: What is the average turnaround time on hangtag orders?
A: Estimated turnaround time is 10 working days
from approval of artwork. If stringing is required add an additional
3-5 days.
Q: How shall I supply artwork?
A: Our preference is to receive all artwork as
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop or Quark Xpress native files.
Fonts should be included or converted to paths. For raster art,
EPS files are preferred to TIFF or JPEG files and should be at
least 300 dpi. PDF files are fine as long as the artwork has not
been "down sampled". We prefer files supplied on CD
or sent electronically, as email attachments.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: All first time orders require a 50% deposit
with the balance paid COD. Subsequent orders are invoiced at Net
30 based on credit approval.

Q: Do you provide samples prior to printing?
A: Yes and no. For printed items we provide digital
proofs for your approval prior to printing. For woven labels,
we provide actual woven samples for your approval prior to weaving.
In either case, the proofs must be signed and returned before
production begins.
Q: Do you offer graphic design services?
A: Most of the artwork we receive is complete
and ready for production. We pre-flight for any issues that may
arise and make any necessary suggestions. We do have talented
graphic designers that we can refer you to if you do not have
one.
Q: What paper should I use?
A: Most of our tags are printed on 100# Gloss
Cover, however we can source any available paper stock. If you
are not sure what to use and are looking for recommendations,
we are more than happy to assist.
Q: What are your standard hangtag sizes?
A: Since every tag is custom, we do not have
standard sizes and can make your hangtags into any size or shape
that you desire.
